Plan RO

The week's plan

Three cooking sessions cover every meal of the week.

The week's food
What you actually eat in seven days: the three sessions, breakfast every morning and the quick meals. You pay more at the till because you buy whole packs — but the surplus rolls into next week, so over time this is the number that counts. The first time you also add of store-cupboard: oils, vinegar, spices.

  2. 1 min Cut all the pork belly — the strips for the tray and the ones for the pot. Then the shoulder, into 3 cm cubes.
  3. 7 min Pot on medium heat, no fat added. Just the pork belly, 8 minutes, until it renders.
